How it works
At preset intervals through a guard's shift, Mobiliis sends an alert. The guard has a short window to respond with a single tap. Respond in time, and nothing happens — the system stays quiet until the next check. Miss it, and the client and company are told immediately.
The guard gets a heads-up before their shift begins, so the Mobiliis app is open and ready before the first live alert lands.
Through the shift, the guard receives check-in alerts and has around 45–50 seconds to respond with a tap on a countdown. The first and final alerts of the duty are geolocated, confirming the guard arrived on time and didn't leave early.
A missed alert triggers an optional live notification to the client and company, and is logged permanently — visible in the client app and the company backend at any time.
The guard's position is tracked and viewable live in the client app, with a full route animation available after the fact — even if the guard goes briefly offline.
One system, three apps
Mobiliis is genuinely client-facing — not just a back-office tool. Guards, clients and supervisors each get a purpose-built Android app, all reading from the same live data.
Shows the guard their duty details, remaining alerts and rest breaks at a glance, with one tap to call the client, supervisor or company. A badge page carries their photo ID, and a data-use page shows exactly how much mobile data the app has used — full transparency, both ways.
Lets the client see every guard currently on duty, call them directly, and watch their live position on a map. Past duties, missed alerts and data-use statistics are all a tap away — this is where "peace of mind" becomes something you can actually check.
Gives supervisors a live dashboard of every guard, client and location in their patch, a map of who's on duty right now, and one-tap reporting that compiles a daily results list ready to share.
Plus a full web-based company backend, where admins add guards, clients and locations, manage duty rotas, and keep every contact detail in the apps updated automatically as things change.
Transparent by design
Every guard's movement is tracked live and shown as a route on the map — press play and watch the shift unfold as an animation, dot by dot, with a timestamp for every point. If a guard drops offline, their alerts still fire, and the positions collected while they were offline are marked in red once the connection catches back up — so any gap in coverage is visible, not hidden.
